Warranty
I purchased an item from a seller, of course it only had 30 day warranty. It actually had 2 year manufacturer warranty. I have tried to contact seller with no luck on what steps I need to take. What can I do is frustrating because they have great reviews

Mentor1 year agoOnly a manufacturer warranties and item. Sellers can only assist with a warranty if they are authorized dealers for the manufacturer. Since most sellers on eBay are not authorized dealers for any manufacturer they cannot help in any warranty issue.
