Mentor2 years agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. Companies do not honor warranties on items purchased on ebay unless the seller is an authorised dealer or reseller. If you purchased the warranty offered by Allstate, their phone number is in the feedback they left you in your Purchase history.
