OP3 years agoSo far, we have not received any response from the seller. As for the guarantee, yes, this was mentioned to me in the messages, as well as the law here that obliges the seller to have a one-year warranty.

Mentor3 years agoYou are located in Australia. Sellers have to have a 1 year warranty in Australia? Is your seller located in Australia? If not, ebay's Money Back Guarantee is only good for 30 days after receipt by the buyer.

Most items sold on Ebay don't have a warranty, unless it's sold by an authorized dealer.
