Warranty
Hi,
I bought a brand new Xiaomi cellphone on ebay. The manufacturer made an update to the operating system and know my cellphone is not recognizing any cellphone network. We went back to factory setting but unfortanely the problem is still there.
Are the phones covered under the manufacturer warranty? The phone was bought in November 2023 and 30 day return is already gone.
When I talked to the seller he is asking me to send the phone back to China from US to install the old operating systemm, and want me to pay for the shipping both ways...
What other options do I have?
