Trying to solve a problem with a Vacuum that I purchased in Sept 1923 from an eBay store. The motor is making a very loud sound and we can't use it. I asked the store for some help. The store keeps saying they aren't receiving my correspondence or the video which they asked for showing the problem. They keep asking me for my email address which I can't give them because of eBay rules. They claim they can't find my purchase without it. I sent them the original invoice with all the information on it. I see the invoice is listed as sent, it's on the contact list with all the conversations. I have been in contacted with these people since March 6. I need some help.

eBay does not enforce seller warranties - the eBay guarantee is for 30 days after receipt. I assume the seller is giving you excuses to avoid telling you that they will not honor the warranty.
