Warehouse 2001xx DSB Blanket Denim Jacket
Hi,
I recently sold my jacket and I shipped it to the buyer 8th December. However, I checked the tracking and AU post said it does not meet overseas custom requirements and they will send it back to me for some reason.
I let the buyer know what’s going on and the buyer requested refund but after I offered him free re-shipping, he said doesn’t want to refund anymore.
Could you please cancel the refund offer from the buyer?
