Wantronics ZQ620 thermal printer /Allstate Insurance
I've owned a ZQ620 Thermal printer for 5 months. At 4 months the printer quit connecting to the wifi. I've tried to reach Wantronics (seller), they do not respond.
OK, no problem, I purchased an Allstate warranty. Does anyone know how to contact Allstate to file a claim?
I find untangling the web to get assistance on eBay a nightmare. Can anyone assist so I'm not stuck with a $400 piece of junk plastic? Thank you
