Wanting to pay extra £13 on a recent order as agreed with the seller

Request a call back please. Third time I have had to request this, when I did finally get one the call was cut off and the representative didn’t even bother to call me back. Having big problems with eBay today. They asked I change my password and then they don’t recognise it. Very poor customer service . CALL BACK request please
