Want to upgrade shipping at my expense after sale
Hello!
I am a fairly new seller in Alaska. I have observed from the few sales I have made that the Ground Advantage arrival estimates shown to the customer are always VERY optimistic, and are usually adjusted in route adding at least 5 days. If a customer pays full price for an item I don't mind upgrading their shipping at my expense, but I can't get the automated assistant to tell me how to do this, and the instructions I've found from other members online say you can adjust the shipping when you purchase the label, but I don't see that option. The only place I find an "edit" option is in the address area. Can someone give me more specific instructions, or maybe a place to find visual instructions? I must be missing something. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Mentor1 year agoYes, you can upgrade when you create the label. Look towards the bottom of the create label page and click on "show more options".
