Want to show a Accurate Delivery Time
Summary: hillersconfect-0 is frustrated with eBay displaying incorrect delivery times for their listings, which suggests a month-long shipping delay and deters potential customers. They mention some customers do reach out for clarification but haven't found useful guidance or support from eBay's customer service to resolve this issue.
I have been trying for months to change how Ebay shows potential customers that the item they are looking at won't be shipped out for a month. This is scaring away potential customers. Thankfully, some will reach out and ask me about it. I can't get Ebay to show that things will get shipped out within a couple of days and delivered no later than two weeks. Today, it showed a customer that it would be in November. I have yet to find a helpful article or get help from an Ebay customer service representative.

It sounds like you have inadvertently set a handling time on your listings that is too long.
Under Preferences, click Edit (the pencil icon) to change your handling time in the listing form. eBay will calculate the correct estimated delivery by adding the transit time to your handling time for each potential buyer based on his zip code.
