Want to return- item not found in myEbay history
I ordered an item on 12/4/ 25, it arrived on 12/10/25. I no longer want it and wanted to initiate a return. When I use the order or item number, Ebay says it cannot find the item. It doesn't show in my purchase history and I don't know how to start a return any other way. Who at Ebay can help me?

Mentor10 months agoYou probably made the purchase as a guest. Guest purchases are totally separate from any purchase on your account. You would need to find the confirmation email that eBay sent to you. This email has special log in instructions that apply only to that item. Is the item returnable? Not all sellers allow refunds for buyers remorse.
