want to make a return but item is not in my purchases (Ross Simons)

Hi has anyone had this problem- I'm going to make a return within my time limit to Ross Simons, which states they take returns within 30 days, to find out it is not showing up in my ebay under my purchases. I have sent them an email, I hope to hear from them. I will keep all informed. It seems very shady. Thank you.

Is it possible you made the purchase longer than sixty days ago, or using a different eBay account?

Or could you have made the purchase as a guest?
