Being its a breathing/sleep aid, its medical I think. That means it may need expiration dates that are valid, new not opened, that kind of thing. I have never even heard of them, I had to look it up.
There are some heavy restrictions with medical items if they are not listed correctly. This could also be one of those items that are simply not allowed, though I suspect (I haven't searched) there probably are some listed. I would review how those are listed and how you listed yours and see what they did differently?
