Want to cancel 1 of the 3 items: how?
A buyer bought 3 items off of me. I only want to cancel the 'Speedy Secrets Bundle', but the only options I can find are cancelling all 3 or not cancelling at all. Can someone help?

Mentor3 years agoYou can not cancel part of an order if all of the items were in a single payment.
You can refund the one item through your list of sold items, or you can cancel the entire order, relist the 2 you don't want to cancel and ask the buyer to purchase them again.

How can I refund the one item exactly? Can't seem to find a away to do it

Mentor3 years agoIn your list of sold orders, select ‘send refund’ next to that order. Fill in the amount next to the item you want to refund.
