Want to accept an offer but shipping is wrong
I have an offer on an item to be shipped over to GB. It says 30. + 7.13 shipping When I click on the offer it does not give details about shipping. This has happened to me before and I have lost money. Am I doing something wrong not seeing the details of shipping? Yes, I have the correct weight with box and item 1.3lbs should be 44. in priority small box and 28. in regular box according to USPS site?
Also, on the counter there is no place to change the shipping amount? I lost a sale yesterday for this same reason but in the US-they wanted free/discounted shipping on a great offer but there was no where I could change it and it wouldn't let me revise the shipping.

Shipping cost cannot be changed with Best Offers. Whatever shipping cost is shown in the listing will be added on to the accepted offer automatically.
Let the buyer know that their offer cannot involve shipping cost and to adjust their offer accordingly.

OP3 years agoThank you for the response! I'm still trying to figure out why the shipping details or breakdown does not show up on the "review offer" page "accept offer" page? I feel like I am doing something wrong or is that just how ebay has it set up? I understand for US orders it goes by my weight but international right now is going same price as it would to US?
