Want refund for unused shipping label
After I printed my shipping label for USPS ground advantage, the customer asked me to ship a priority and paid me $15 extra to just get it to the post office immediately. Since I did not use the label, I'd like to get a refund. How do I do that?

·1 year agoHere's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:
Go to Manage shipping labels
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

You have 28 days from the date you printed the label to cancel it (unless it was an ESE label, which cannot be cancelled). The refund takes up to 21 days for USPS labels.
