i SPENT $218.63 ON DIFFERENT FISH THE MAILED THEM AND THEY WAS EITHER DEAD OR LAYED IN THE BOTTOM DEAD i DO NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY AND STILL NO FISH FOR MY TANK NEED MONEY REFUNDED SO i CAN GET ME MORE I 'A SENIOR HAD MY TANK ABOUT 20 YEARS SO i KNOW HOW THEY SAJID i DIDNOT INTERGRADE THEM WHEN ACTUALLY THE WAS IN BAGS TO LONG

@123jerrie Sorry to hear that your fish arrived dead. Since normally you need to mail something back for a return I recommend taking a photo of the dead fish as evidence. You may need to mail the photo back to the seller at their expense to receive a refund.

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
