Want my selling fees back
Hi,
I was trying to sell a painting and someone in Singapore bought it . ( I am in US). First surprise, it was selling for $600 and somehow they bought it for $500.
I tried to print the shipping label, but their address was not complete and a pop up showed up that EBay’s price protection plan could be affected if I put in the city using the zip code.
I was unable to reach the buyer because I got an error message when I tried.
I canceled the order. But because I had paid for
higher visibility on the website eBay still charged me $54 for that.
I feel this is unfair as this buyer seemed like a fraud.
