Walmart+ delivered my order

I bought an item on May 19 and Walmart+ delivered it on May 20 with someone else's name on it and I had no idea it was my Ebay order until today(May 24) because the tracking number Ebay provided said it would be delivered today May 24 and it said it was delivered but I got no deliveries at all today so I contacted the seller to see what happened and he said it was delivered on May 20 and provided a picture too, the funny part is the picture he sent is of the actual Walmart+ items. should I report this or is this common amongst Ebay? side note- the seller was not friendly and somehow stopped me from buying more items from him for 10 days and just seems really shady.

It may not be possible to always identify in advance those sellers who drop-ship, but it is possible to identify some common characteristics of illicit retail drop-shippers or other under-performing sellers, and thus avoid the worst of them.
Often they can be spotted by a combination of low feedback number, free shipping of heavy items where it would not be profitable to use retail shipping, use of stock photos, high handling time (not necessarily if they are using Amazon or Walmart, though), poor feedback received with complaints of delays and wrong items or out of stock cancellations, very odd item selection and/or quantities like items were chosen at random from a catalog, canned item descriptions scraped from another site that exactly match many other similar listings, differences between registration location on the feedback page and item location (or vague item location -- like "US, United States"), or inability to answer even basic questions about the items being sold.

Mentor4 months agoThis is not normal. It's possible the item the seller sold was damaged, so decided to see if it could be shipped from Wal-Mart. I don't think the seller prevented you from further purchases. The default for buyer restriction is to purchase only 1 item per 10 days, but that can be changed. I have my settings set to 6 items in 10 days.
