I bought a wallet but it came from amazon I returned the wallet to amazon I was refunded 14.58 dollars Why the seller does not return the rest of the money I can wait how long I wrote to the seller but he does not answer me PLEASE SOLVE THIS INFORMATION

Mentor2 years agoIf you want your money back for an eBay purchase, you have to follow eBay's return policy and return the item to the seller to receive a refund through eBay.
If you return something you bought on eBay but received from Amazon back to Amazon using Amazon's return policy, you can only get (at most) the amount the seller paid to Amazon. Amazon has no idea what you paid the seller on eBay.
