Waiting on payment, now buyer text me that eBay won't ship to Germany.
I believe I'm trying to be scammed here. Buyer ask me for weeks about international shipping.
He did make me an offer, I accepted. Still waiting on payment (3 days).
He text me today that eBay won't ship to Germany. I have international shipping set up.
Anyone seen this before?

I would cancel this transaction.You can cancel the transaction without any defect being added to your seller account. In a situation like this, you can use "Buyer Requested" as the reason:
"Sellers aren't allowed to abuse the order cancellation process. A seller should never cancel an order and select an incorrect cancellation reason."

Mentor1 year agoGermany has strict laws on the import of items. If your shipping country list on the specific listing does not include Germany then the item cannot be shipped through eBay.
