Waiting for my refund
I was sold a fake bag for $300. I wrote to the seller, he denied it. I involved ebay and suddenly his story changed though he would not provide a refund. I reached out to eBay and they ruled in my favor. I mailed the bag back with the label they provided ands have been waiting for it to return so I could get my refund. I just checked the shipping on the bag and it seems to be coming back to me. Meanwhile I don't know where to email ebay to say I have been more than patient. The seller is a sleeze, I am the injured party but they still have my money. So frustrated.

Once the tracking shows delivery anywhere (or shows as "undeliverable"), you should be able to ask eBay to step in and force a refund if the seller does not voluntarily refund you within three business days.
The seller cannot avoid having to refund a buyer by providing an undeliverable address.
