Waiting for a customer to return an item
I have been actively communicating with this buyer but they are not responding.Ebay sent a paid return label but my merchandise has not been(returned) received.My funds are tied up until this matter is resolved.What can I do ?

Mentor9 months agoDo not refund until the item is returned. If buyer fails to send the item by the cutoff date ebay will find in your favor and release your funds and the case will be closed. There is no further need to communicate with the buyer.
