How long should I wait before I ask for a refund. Purchased a gaming computer for my son with payment received December 27th, no shipping information available yet.

Mentor9 months agoWhat was the estimated delivery dates given when you purchased the item?
A day after the last estimated delivery date you can open an Item Not Received case to get a refund.

·9 months agoIf the last estimated date of delivery passes, the next day you can open an Item Not Received case for a refund.
