wait time for customer service agents
i'm currently on hour 3 waiting for a customer service agent, this is after i received the message " An agent will be with you in 1 minute"
any ideas on how to get the agent to deal with my urgent request

Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time.
If the problem is not specific to your account, you can ask your question here. Lots of experienced buyers and sellers who volunteer their time to answer questions about using ebay.
