waist of time contacting customer service by email

what is the trick to contact ebay by email? i'm fed up waiting front of my computer and loosing minutes (and hours at the end) for just a question

im listing on eBay.com when I have a problem they contact me so why should I contact eBay.fr ??

Because the rules that you operate under are based on the web site that you are registered with.

in this case why when I donâ€™t follow the rules with my listing it is eBay.com who delete item and mail me and not eBay.fr?
