w8-ben form

anyone help, I am in the UK and been a member of the partner program for years but now my W8-BEN tax form needs renewing so I will it out as its a really simple form yet it gets rejected every time I log back in. I have tried all online resources to figure out why but nothing prevails. I am sure I am filling the form correctly as nothing has changed and using the same answers as previously. It is driving me mad and I cant find a way to ask eBay for assistance with it. Without the form being accepted I cannot get my commission payments withdrawn.

Is anyone else having the same issue? especially if you are in the UK.

Its got to the point where I am considering deleting all my affiliate links from my site.

You will need to ask about this on the UK site we know nothing about UK tax laws. www.ebay.co.uk
