W what is the listing violation?

I listed two imitation Louis Vuitton wallet and include included that they were imitation in the listing. How is that a violation? I would not want people to think they were real.

Hi @jtkjean

That violates eBay's counterfeit policy: Counterfeit policy | eBay

It does not matter is other Sellers have fakes listed, those may eventually be taken down or blocked when purchased. Don't try selling them on eBay, sell the elsewhere.

Thank you for your help. However, as I scroll through my active list, they keep popping up as having been removed for listing violations. I understand they have now how do I remove them from my active dashboard scroll

Listings that eBay removes will either be completely deleted or moved to your Unsold -Inactive list and remain there for 90 days until eBay deletes them permanently.
