Vulgar and threatening comments in response to negative feedback
I was in the market for some items and stumbled upon this seller, ste1642_x0k1bhm4. Top rated seller. eBay highly recommends this seller. We all pay a lot of fees as sellers. I would like to think that eBay is fairly safe, or at least monitors what is said to people here. I suppose I know now not to leave this top rated, highly recommended seller negative feedback. Have a look at negative feedback responses. Yes, eBay has been informed two weeks ago. I imagine rules and policy do not apply to top rated, highly recommended sellers. Have a look. It's an experience.

I'm sorry that happened.
That's a violation of eBay policy.
Did you speak with customer service or did you complete a report?
Please report the seller here
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/report-issue-seller?id=4022
Select:
1) Suspicious seller activity
2) Seller sent threatening or abusive messages
Explain in the box that
- the seller left negative comments about a buyer
- the seller used abusive insults
Then
use eBay's social media customer service to get assistance
- https://www.facebook.com/ebay
Just sent a private message to the page explaining what happened.
Ask them to review the seller's feedback replies to you and to other buyers.

OP8 months agoI did both. Three times. Three reports, three phone calls with an agent that swears it will be handled. It has not been handled obviously. Don't forget, a good portion of that has been up for over a year. eBay chooses to leave it there.

The Customer Service at Social Media is better at handling cases such as these.
I am shocked, too. I don't know if I can help, but I am also trying.
