Volume Discount and Combined Shipping is not working
A buyer purchased three items. Combined shipping and volume discount was not given to buyer, so I sent an extra item, but why is this feature not working and how do I explain this to the buyer. If I give a partial refund, eBay demotes my percentages on ratings. It's a no win situation for a seller.

Mentor5 months agoSome of my listings give a volume discount, and I offer a discount with combined shipping, so that is working for me.
What are the item numbers so we can take a look at the volume discount?
