VOIDING SHIPPING LABELS CREATED IN ERROR

Voiding labels - I have three.. One very recent, that I need to void.. I have never gotten refunded for labels I attempted to void?

The refund takes about 3 weeks.

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
Choose your reason for voiding the label.
Select Send request.
