Voiding Shipping Label
Hello ive just opened a store and learning fast but i made an error on one of my first shippments. I printed two shipping labels. I didnt realize it was so hard to correct this issue. Ive voided it but it still shows on the order and says shipped. The other tracking number which is the one used to make the shippment shows delivered? Assiasant isnt much help? Any advice would be greatly appreaciated!

Mentor3 years agoAs long as the second used label tracking number shows on the Order Details, that's the only one that matters and the first one is ignored, although not removed.
