Voiding labels
Need to void a shipping label because I went to ship it and the buyer instead decided to come pick it up at my door so I need to figure out how I can avoid the shipping label and confirm that he received the item and all that fun stuff thank you

You should have canceled the sale as buyer requested OR problem with buyers address and relisted with Local Pick Up only. Then the buyer gets a QR code that you enter into the app for proof of delivery.
All you can do now is go to the sold item and select mark as shipped from the drop down menu next to the item on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
You will not have tracking to prove delivery so I hope the buyer doesn't file a not received refund request. This will slow down your payout and the funds will be held for at least 30 days. Fund holds are normal though for new sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
