Voiding a label & combine shipping
Buyer purchased 3 items and I need to combine shipping. I mistakenly bought 1 label for 1 package and voided it but that item is still showing up on paid and ship list and not in awaiting shipment list to be able to purchase one label for the 3 items. When I go to purchase bulk labels only 2 of the items that I never purchased label for are there. Is there a way to get the voided shipping label item in the combined shipping or am I going to have to buy 2 labels?

In the action menu next to that 3rd item, see if ‘unmarked as shipped’ is an option.
