    Voided Shipping Label Purchase
                     

    I recently shipped an item.  I purchased a shipping label and realized afterwards that the box size was incorrect.  I requested a void of that label.  I purchased a second label using the correct dimensions.  

    However, it appears both charges are going through and both tracking numbers appear.  The auction shows it being shipped as multiple shipments.  How can I get this resolved.  This all took place today 11/18, perhaps it just needs more time to work through the system?

    Hi @don1231 

     

    eBay would charge you for both shipping labels.  You should receive the refund from USPS for the label you voided after 2-3 weeks.
