Voided Shipping Label
I recently sold a large order and I had to void a shipping label because it had the wrong return address. So I had to buy a new label. I got charged $230 total for both labels. It’s been about 2 weeks now and the shipment has already been delivered to the buyer. I got an initial email confirmation saying I successfully voided the label 2 weeks ago but so far I have not been refunded or heard any updates about the refund. I’m starting to get worried I’m not getting a refund and I can’t contact anyone at eBay to check on the status. Anyone able to help or provide answers?

Mentor5 months agoYou won't get a notification, but will see a credit in your payouts under shipping label. The USPS is very good about sending refunds for voided labels. They just wait until they're sure it won't be used.

Don't worry...it takes about 21 days for the refund to come through from the carrier.
