Voided shipping label
Hello,
I made a sale and accidentally double clicked the button to print a shipping label. This caused two windows to open that created two different shipping labels. I was able to request to void the second label. I did send the item and the buyer received it but it is not being marked as "completed" because of the second label. Will this affect my seller status? And is there anything I can do to show that this transaction is completed or do I just need to wait to hear back about the voided label? If so, how long does it usually take? Thanks for everything!

Mentor2 years agoYou'll only show tracking updates on the label you used on the package. The voided label will not interfere with that - they are not connected in any way. (Be sure to select the correct tracking # from the dropdown to see the tracking.)
Refunds for voided labels table 2-3 weeks to come through while USPS ensures they aren't used.

OP2 years agoAwesome, thanks! Do you know if I need to do anything so that it shows "delivered "? Or will I just need to wait until the label is voided!

Mentor2 years agoIf you upload the correct label, delivery will show on that tracking # when it is scanned by the carrier.
