Voided label funds

Hello,

I had to void a shipping label cause the weight was incorrect about a week but I havent seen the credit returned. What should I do ?

When you void a label the shipping carrier must see that the label was not used. This takes 21 days and eBay will let you know when the carrier allows the refund. It will be available as a payout.
