Voided label charged 2 times
I did My first label print today, I got scared and voided it prior to printing it. Then I read everything and redid the label and printed it. I shipped my first labeled item on eBay! But , upon review I see I was charged for the 2 labels . The history shows voided one. But I’m charged $5.42 twice. ? Giving me $4 vs $10 profit. Does anyone k ow how I get refund for 1 non printed voided label? Thank you !

Mentor4 months agoIf you voided a shipping label within 28 days, it will take 2-3 weeks for the carrier to refund you. They want to confirm the label was never used.
