How do you contact ebay when a void shipping label has not been refunded? the label was void 12/17 and have not received the refund from them. Thank you

Voided shipping labels usually are refunded by USPS in 2-3 weeks. Try contacting your post office or the main 800 number of USPS. Provide the tracking number of the voided label.
