I accidentally purchased 2 shipping labels but when I try to void it says technical difficulties

Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You have 5 days to void the label, so the error might be a temporary glitch, so try again.
