Void Label Refund How long should it take.

Somehow i mistakenly paid for two labels for the same item. Tracking show it was delivered under one tracking number. The tracking # I requested shows iot was not used. i made the request the day the item was shipped Feb. 20,2024. 14 days ago. how long or who do I contact about getting my refund ? Donna

Once you void a shipping label, it takes 2-3 weeks to see a credit in your payouts. You will not receive notification, just the credit as a shipping label.
