Mentor2 weeks agoI see someone has posted with ebay contact info.
Otherwise, if not already, have you adjusted the Accessibility settings in Windows and also the Zoom features in the browser? With these you can greatly increase the size of the text and also increase the contrast and other visibility factors. If not do this now as even if someone walks you though a listing, you really will want to check it yourself to make sure there were no errors, which could cause you problems.
In addition ebay is already setup for use through your device for things like screen reader compatibility, descriptive links, and alternative text for images. Additionally, eBay ensures that its site design considers accessibility, making it easier for users to navigate even without a mouse

OP3 weeks agoThank you. Because I am visually impaired and have difficulty reading the smaller print and navigating all the menus, what I really need is a live eBay representative who can stay on the phone and walk me through this step-by-step.
My immediate needs are simply to finish one listing correctly with calculated shipping for a roughly 40-lb item, and then verify/update my payout banking information and email address since I am returning to selling after several years away.
I appreciate you pointing out that the callback system sometimes has problems, and I'm certainly willing to give it a try. Without someone who can walk me through these things step-by-step, I'm afraid I may no longer be able to use eBay because I simply can't see some of what is being presented on the screen.
If you can point me toward the best way to get that telephone assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.--Jerry
