VistaCreate Account Refusing To Connect
Has anyone experienced the following issue with VistaCreate account when trying to save a logo design:
When using Create Logo, after putting business name in, selecting what it falls under, and entering keywords designs come up; however, after customizing and selecting "Finish" to save the design an error message appears "account.vista.com refused to connect" and the only selection is to continue to edit or exit? If you choose continue to edit it goes right back to "refused to connect" which leads to only option of exitin, loss of progress, and the need to start all over again.
I've been trying to save a business logo for over 2 weeks and get nowhere. An email to VistaCreate has been unanswered days after giving a few suggestions which did not solve the problem. My own online search for solutions have all failed. Ebay says it's a third party issue and that I need to go through VistaCreate; VistaCreate has no telephone customer service - VistaPrint can't help.
I assumed since the VistaCreate link is on eBay's "Manage Store" page and a store subscription includes the free use of this platform to "easily" create professional business logo, billboards, etc... , that it would be available/operating correctly. It's totally halted any progress and I'm unable to move forward with a storefront which makes no sense to me. I've been able to create a temporary billboard and Instagram post with no problem bing able to edit and save changes with these projects, so why no logo?
If anyone has the solution please answer.
