    Why is my transaction not going through with my gift card. Does anyone know?

    Many users have been complaining about having problems using such cards on eBay starting in July of this year. It is not clear if this is a technical issue or the result of a policy change, and as far as I know, eBay has not said anything one way or the other.

     

    You may want to make your eBay purchase using a different payment method and use the Visa gift card in an actual brick and mortar store.
