why my VISA card can't pay for ebay item ? my balance is funded and i paid for a few item couple day ago with no issue

Sometimes it is a simply typo. Make sure your card number is correct. Your expiration date and your PIN. It is usually something simple.

Go online and just verify that your Visa is in good standing and that nothing strange is going on with your account.

I understand. But you should still check the information and check your account online to see if you see anything wrong with your Visa. You certainly should want to make sure your Visa card wasn't hacked or misused. They are easy to check online.
