Visa card replacement while getting refunded
I have a refund to be received,but i have changed my visa card number,ebay wrote they will refund to the old visa number,while the new visa number has already been added to payment data.
Please advise

Refunds always go back to the originating bank account the card was attached to. As long as the new card is attached to the same bank account, even if the new card has a different number, the new card will be able to spend the refund amount.
If you closed your bank account entirely, contact your bank to see how refunds to closed accounts are handled.
