VIRTUAL PINBALL MACHINE 1306 TITLES ON 43" BOTTOM LCD SCREEN & 32" TOP SCREEN
I bought this machine it got broken during shipping the seller canceled the order but eBay refused to cancel so I filed a claim with PayPal the guy from eBay told me to cancel the claim with PayPal so I could open one with eBay I did then eBay closed the case because I opened with PayPal first so I reopened the case with PayPal who closed the case because I closed the cases now eBay still has my money the seller trued to help me get it back but had no luck so what do I do now to get my money back from eBay it is $3,354.75

Ebay will not be able to help you since you filed a claim through Paypal.
What "guy from Ebay" told you to close the Paypal case in order to file with Ebay? That was BAD information.
Contact your credit card company.
