VIPMotoz is a ripoff
I bought a set of headlights from VIPMotoz. The package they sent was missing the turn signal assemblies for both headlights, I've made multiple attempts, using multiple methods, to contact them about not sending me all the parts I need to be able to use their product; they have all my money; I just want what I paid for. This company hasn't responded at all. It's clear at this point that VIPMotoz have no intention of sending me the missing parts, and every intention of keeping my money. VIPMotoz is a flat out thief, having stole $250 from me. Don't waste your time with these crooks unless you want them to steal your money, too.

OP1 year agoThanks for your reply, but I'm well past the 30 day mark. It took me a while to get around to installing the headlights I purchased and that's when I noticed VIPMotoz failed to include the turn signal assemblies for each headlight. I can't use the product without the turn signal assemblies and even though VIPMotoz offers lifetime replacement parts, I can't even get them to respond about sending me the parts that were omitted from my original order. They have essentially stolen $250 because their product is of no use without all the parts. I was hoping eBay could get them to respond or at least take note of the fact that they are ripping off eBay customers.

Ebay can no longer help you if it has been more than 30 days since date of delivery, according to the Ebay 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
Your only option is to contact the funding source you used to pay for the item.

OP1 year agoI appreciate the response and understand that eBay can't assist under the circumstances. However, the vendor, VIPMotoz, is 100% unresponsive, even though they have been paid in full, have failed to completely and correctly fill my order, and guarantee replacement parts for life. I just thought eBay would want to know when they have a dishonest vendor on their site treating eBay customers this way.

You had 30 days from date of delivery to "report" the seller to Ebay via the Return Request process.
Ebay sellers cannot issue "lifetime guarantees" unless they are an authorized seller for the manufacturer.

Are you aware that Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee?
