My account is restricted but I can't find out why. Not in my messages or emails.
How can I resolve it, if they don't know why?

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent. You may have to repeat the last two steps.
